Zenless Zone Zero's (ZZZ) gameplay revolves around exploring the Ether-corrupted Hollows, where players, known as Proxies, team up with Agents to uncover treasures and valuable resources. These Agents, all possessing significant Ether Aptitudes, hail from diverse backgrounds, including Hollow Raiders, corporations, private institutions, and government agencies.
Initially, Agents were categorized by Attack Type. However, HoYoverse has since refined the system, assigning each Agent a specific role while retaining their Attack Type (viewable in their stats).
