Niantic and Capcom have unveiled an exciting collaboration event between the mobile game Monster Hunter Now and the eagerly awaited Monster Hunter Wilds, set to launch in 2025. This event, running from February 3, 2025, at 9 am to March 31, 2025, at 11:59 pm (local time), promises a plethora of quests and exclusive bonus items for fans to enjoy before Wilds hits the shelves.
In anticipation of Monster Hunter Wilds, Capcom has scheduled a second open beta test for February 2025, which will include content from the first test, a new monster hunt, and character carryover. Meanwhile, players can dive into the augmented reality experience of Monster Hunter Now, where real-world locations come alive with small and large monsters on the map.
During the event, players can participate in limited-time Monster Hunter Wilds Collab Event Quests within Monster Hunter Now. Completing these quests will reward players with a gift code, redeemable for exclusive in-game items in Wilds, such as Mega Potions, Energy Drinks, Dust of Life, and more. This gift code can be found under the hunter menu in Monster Hunter Now, tailored to the selected platform.

Monster Hunter Now has recently entered its Season 4, dubbed "Roars from the Winterwind," which began in December and will continue until March 12, 2025. Players can earn a variety of supply items just by logging in during the collaboration event, including Weapon Refining Parts and Armor Refining Parts. Additionally, limited-time packs featuring Special Carving Knives and Hunting Tickets will be available in the in-game shop and web store.
Monster Hunter Wilds is poised to be one of the most anticipated releases of 2025, alongside other major titles like Avowed, Assassin’s Creed Shadows, Nintendo’s Pokemon Legends: Z-A, and the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto 6. As a successor to Monster Hunter: World from 2018, Wilds will feature expansive open-world biomes, 14 weapon types, and support for four-player co-op multiplayer. A standout feature is the Seikret mount, enabling players to carry two weapons during their hunts.
