Currently, an event featuring Lapras EX is running in Pokémon TCG Pocket. Battle AI opponents using Lapras-themed Water decks to earn Promo Packs. These packs are your only source for Lapras EX.
Important Note: This event concludes November 18th, so act fast!
Each Promo Pack contains a single card, with equal chances of receiving: Mankey, Pikachu, Clefairy, Butterfree, or Lapras EX. Your results are entirely RNG-dependent; you might get lucky on your first pack, or it could take many more. For guaranteed Promo Pack rewards, focus on the Expert difficulty level. While all difficulties have a chance of dropping a pack, only Expert guarantees one per battle.
Completing all stages awards Event Hourglasses, allowing you to replenish your Event stamina and continue farming. If you have a pre-built Pikachu EX deck, you can even auto-battle the Expert stage for hands-off farming.
If you're unlucky and miss out before the event ends, remember that trading is planned for a future update, providing another avenue to acquire Lapras EX.
