Master the sounds of letters, not just their names, to unlock the joy of reading!

Learn to read.

A crucial role in a child's reading journey is played by the accompanying adult. Engaging in specific exercises together allows the child to observe lip movements and learn correct sound pronunciation.

We start with simpler letters, forming familiar words and animal names. The focus is on the sound of each letter, not its name.

Initially, adults should practice alongside the child, remembering that reading is a process. Gradually, the child can use the app independently, with occasional joint practice sessions. Later, adults can use the "Discover the Word" section for exercises like this:

1. Ask the child to pronounce the sounds of the letters in the word "TREE."
2. After some practice, ask, "What did you say?"
3. Resist the urge to tell the child the word.

Repeat this, encouraging faster pronunciation, gradually shortening the pauses between letter sounds. Continue this, resisting the temptation to reveal the word. One day, when asked "What did you say?", the child will exclaim, "I said TREE!" Celebrate this milestone—they've begun to read!

Soon, a strong interest in reading will emerge. This is the time to introduce more complex letter sounds, like the variations of "C" (soft as in "sky," hard as in "house"). Other previously excluded letters can be added. Remember to respect each child's unique pace and learning process.
