Airtel Tribe: Your All-in-One Retail Management Solution

Airtel Tribe empowers retailers to efficiently manage both customer service and their Airtel accounts in one convenient application.

The Retailer Tribe app provides a comprehensive suite of tools for servicing customers, including new and existing customer registration, SIM swaps, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), airtime and bundle purchases, agent cash transactions (AM cash in/out), bill payments, and inter-retailer EVD/AM transfers.

Retailers can also seamlessly manage their Airtel accounts through the app. Features include profile viewing and editing, stock viewing, updating, requesting, and purchasing; sales hierarchy viewing; AM/EVD PIN resets and account unlocks; agent loan management; and access to banking services. The app also provides access to transaction history, commission details, and performance metrics for Airtel services. Retailers can easily submit self-service requests and service requests to Airtel. Additionally, the app features key training notes, surveys, and a digital notice board for retailers.

Supporting Airtel Africa's operations, the app is available in both English and French. Its user-friendly design makes it an essential tool for boosting retail business productivity.
