The "Traffic Fines with Photos" application is your go-to solution for efficiently tracking and settling traffic fines in Russia. This app aggregates data from official government sources, including the State Information System GIS GMP (https://roskazna.gov.ru/gis), facilitated by MONETA.RU Bank (LLC) under a license from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No. 3508-K dated July 2, 2012.

• Comprehensive Traffic Police Fines Information: The app displays traffic police fines with accompanying photos, detailing the violation's location on a map, the date, the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offenses, and the resolution number.

• OSAGO Online Services: In partnership with bip.ru, the app offers an online service for selecting compulsory motor liability insurance (OSAGO). It compares policy prices from 20 leading insurance companies, factoring in the CBM discount. Users need only provide their car number and the city of registration to find the most cost-effective option.

• Efficient Fine Search: The app allows for free online checks of fines issued by traffic police across all Russian regions. You can search fines by last name, driver's license, or vehicle registration number (STS not required). It's particularly useful for those managing multiple vehicles, as it supports simultaneous checks for several vehicles or driving licenses.

• Timely Notifications: Stay updated with instant notifications about new fines, reminders about the end of the 50% discount period, and alerts when fines are about to be or have been transferred to the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP). Users can customize the timing and frequency of these notifications.

• Dispute Fines: The app simplifies the process of disputing fines by preparing a complaint form that users can send to the traffic police department.

• Fines History: Keep track of all your fines with the ability to add an unlimited number of vehicles. The app stores and displays all paid and unpaid fines with photos for the last two years.

• Secure Payment Options: Pay your fines securely within seconds through certified payment gateways. Options include bank cards, QR codes, barcodes from the resolution, and the SBP system. You can choose to pay individual fines or settle all at once.

• Payment Guarantee: Upon payment, the app instantly sends the information to the GIS GMP (Federal Treasury), ensuring the fine's repayment is recorded in the system. A receipt with a bank stamp is emailed to you, and all paid fines with receipts are accessible within the app.
