Introducing an engaging application designed for fans of "Taiko-san Jiro 2" that allows you to enjoy TJA files directly on your Android device. This application seamlessly integrates with the PC software "Taiko Sanjiro 2," bringing the rhythm and excitement of Taiko drumming to your fingertips.

Please note that due to the vast array of Android devices, we are unable to test every model. As a result, we regret to inform you that we do not support devices on which the application fails to start. Additionally, we do not provide assistance on sourcing TJA files or skins, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

How to Add a Song

Upon first launching the application, a "TJA" folder is automatically created in the root directory of your device's storage or SD card. To add a song, follow these simple steps:

• Create a genre folder within the "TJA" folder.
• Place your TJA file inside the genre folder you created.
• If there is no "genre.ini" file in the genre folder, the genre will default to "Uncategorized."
• Note that on Android 4.4 and later versions, you may not be able to save high scores.
• Go to settings and select the "record location" to choose your preferred storage location.

How to Add Skins

The application supports skins from "Taiko Sanjiro 2," although some features may not be fully implemented. It is important to understand that skins from the original "Taiko-san Jiro" are not compatible. To add a skin, follow these steps:

• Read the "theme-default/default.csv" file for guidance.
• Be aware that the performance may vary depending on your device model and the complexity of the skin data.

The "genre.ini" file is crucial for the application to recognize your folder as a genre folder. Below is an example of what the contents of the "genre.ini" file should look like:

• Due to Android's enhanced security measures, the application can no longer access folders outside of the app-specific directories. If you have updated the app, please use a file management application to copy the default "/TJA" folder to "Android/data/com.daijiro.taiko2/files/TJA."
• Various bug fixes have been implemented to enhance the user experience.
