Show your digital ticket on your phone to drivers or inspectors for fare verification. Tickets remain valid until you reach your final destination and are accessible in the "Valid Tickets" section. View past tickets in "Travel details".

Payment Issues:

Payments might fail due to:

• Corporate phone numbers
• Unpaid trust payments
• Insufficient balance since number activation
• Unused starting balance
• SIM card replacement within the last 24 hours

Virtual Transport Cards:

Create a free virtual transport card within the app. Self-registration is available for standard and student cards. Other discounted cards require in-person registration at a SMSBUS office with supporting documentation. Top up your virtual card via the app or through services like Kaspi Bank and Halyk Bank.

App Permissions:

• Camera: QR code scanning.
• Location: Accurate map display, automatic bus detection for simplified payment (determines bus code via GPS), route planning (including transfers) from your location using map or text addresses.
