This fun app helps young children learn to read and write their first German letters and words.

ZEBRA WRITING TABLE, a companion app to the Ernst Klett Verlag German textbook ZEBRA, can be used independently. It features a structured learning path with videos, games, and diverse exercises covering early literacy skills. This app is the first in a series designed for German language acquisition in years 1-4.

ZEBRA WRITING TABLE focuses on phonetically-based word writing exercises, reinforcing basic letter-sound correspondences. Incorrect spellings are automatically corrected after three attempts, allowing children to compare their work with the correct answer and identify their mistakes, fostering orthographic awareness in an engaging way. The app's exercises are varied to maintain interest, with new content presented in each game.
