Disney Dreamlight Valley: Complete Aladdin Quest Guide and Rewards

The free *Tales of Agrabah* update for **Disney Dreamlight Valley** finally brought Aladdin and Princess Jasmine to Dreamlight Valley! This guide details all of Aladdin's Friendship Path quests and rewards, and how to unlock them.

Aladdin’s Friendship Quests in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Upon arrival, Aladdin will ask you to hang out with the Magic Carpet and take a photo. Equip the Carpet as a Companion (found in the wardrobe menu), then take a selfie to complete the “Carpet Diem” quest, starting in Agrabah.

Good As Gold (Level 2 Friendship)

Level up Aladdin with his favorite gifts to unlock “Good As Gold.” Aladdin reveals Scrooge McDuck needs help testing his new security system. First, talk to Scrooge, then take photos in his shop: one of the vault door, and two showcasing the staircases (aim for broad shots to cover all requirements). Next, talk to Aladdin. He'll suggest dark, sporty attire (optional to wait until nighttime, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.).

Once dressed, talk to Aladdin. He'll instruct you to press the big red button (left of the counter) to activate Scrooge's security system. This changes the shop. Use the buttons to navigate downstairs and reach the button you initially pressed without being detected. This may require some trial and error. A suggested approach: Start with the center button, then the back-right wall buttons to turn off two upstairs lights. Move the spotlight using the button above the right staircase, then turn off the light above the left staircase (using the button above it). Press the center button again to turn off the bottom-right light. Downstairs, move the spotlight at the front door using the right-side counter button. Finally, turn off the light above the starting button using the left counter button, press the starting button, and speak to Aladdin.

Coins will appear; collect all four by gliding and interacting. Give them to Aladdin. More coins escaped into Dreamlight Valley – collect nine more (they can appear anywhere). Give these to Aladdin at Jasmine and Aladdin’s house. Take a photo with Aladdin and the gold, then listen to Aladdin and Scrooge. Finally, talk to Aladdin to complete the quest.

Bring Your Own Carpet (Level 4 Friendship)

Aladdin wants to create a Dreamlight Magic Carpet. Talk to Merlin; he'll direct you to the Dreamlight Library for three books (Fabric Enchantment, Carpet Weaving, Flying Technique – located near the back-left book pile, back-right shelf, and left of the center desk). Give the books to Aladdin. He’ll send you to Minnie for supplies: 4 Dream Shards, 4 Blue Hydrangeas (Dazzle Beach), 4 Purple Bell Flowers (Forest of Valor), 25 Fiber (Kristoff’s Stall or crafting). Give Aladdin the supplies; he’ll make the carpet. Interact with the carpet to make it fly. Follow Aladdin to the castle entrance.

Equip the Dreamlight Magic Carpet (wardrobe menu). Begin the tour: glide under the Plaza banner, left to Forest of Valor, right down the ramp to Dazzle Beach, right up the ramp to Peaceful Meadow, left down the stairs to Dazzle Beach, left across the bridge, right to the pier's end. (Use the quest tracker if you get lost). Remember, this is a glider; ground obstacles still apply.

After reaching the pier, talk to Aladdin to complete the quest.

All That Glitters (Level 7 Friendship)

At Friendship Level 7, Aladdin wants to make a bouquet for Jasmine. Gather 4 yellow flowers and 6 purple flowers, then give them to Aladdin. He'll then want to give Jasmine something she *loves*. He has a scroll from Scrooge; it says, “To begin at the mermaid’s isle.”

Go to Ariel's island. On the upper-right peninsula, pick up the Golden Sun Piece and insert it into the tall rock. Talk to Aladdin about the image of the broken pillar. Dig up the box (north of the rock), fish up the pillar piece (near the raft), and open the barrel. Interact with the Pillar (nothing happens). Talk to Aladdin, then interact with the Pillar and take a photo. Talk to Maui, Ariel, and Rapunzel (they won't help).

Return to Ariel's island; Jasmine is there! She explains the Pillar pieces rotate. Interact with the Golden Sun Piece for a clue: “From the tiniest seed, water creates blooms as tall as golden towers.” Rotate the middle piece to show water, the bottom to show a seed, and the top to show a flower. Collect the treasure and give it to Aladdin. Talk to him to receive the golden tea set and complete the quest.

Rewards from Aladdin’s Friendship Path in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Leveling up friendship involves daily conversations, giving three favorite gifts daily, and bringing Aladdin on tasks. Serving him meals (especially 4- or 5-star dishes) in restaurants also helps.
