Application Description

This app is a private site management tool designed for residents of NYS Management properties. It allows residents to easily manage various aspects of their residency without visiting the management office. Key features include:

• Personal Information: View and manage personal details like name, surname, and phone number.
• Department Information: Access information such as water and electricity installation numbers.
• Resident Members: View details of individuals residing in your unit.
• Vehicle Information: Manage and view registered vehicles and related information.
• Account Management: Check account balances, outstanding debts, and payment history.
• Online Payments: Easily pay dues, heating bills, investments, hot water charges, and other expenses directly through the app.
• Venue Reservations: Reserve common areas within the property.
• Directory: Access contact information for management, security, on-duty pharmacy, and other important personnel.
• Request Management: Submit maintenance requests (technical, security, cleaning, gardening, etc.) with photographic evidence.
• Surveys: Participate in resident surveys and provide feedback.
• Bank Information: View the site management's bank account details.
