The Glitching Carrots puzzle is found within the "Reading Books, Destroying Glitches" chapter of MiSide, beginning when Player One arrives at Mila's game world. After the initial dialogue, you'll need to navigate the house, resolving glitches that appear as floating black holes.
During this process, you'll encounter a peculiar carrot that vanishes and reappears in different locations, increasing in size with each teleport. The puzzle involves tracking down all its appearances. Completing this puzzle unlocks the Carrot achievement.
There are seven Glitching Carrots to find. Their locations are detailed below:
