Based on trailers and promotional material, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is exclusively a first-person experience. This means there is no third-person mode available. The entire game, outside of cutscenes, is viewed from Henry's eyes.
This design choice is intentional. The developers aimed for immersive RPG gameplay, and the first-person perspective enhances the player's connection to Henry's journey. While the modding community might eventually offer a third-person mod, the base game remains strictly first-person.
Cutscenes and conversations offer glimpses of Henry's appearance, showing changes in attire and condition. However, the first-person view is constant during exploration and gameplay. An official third-person mode is highly improbable.
