Embark on an epic adventure in Fantasian Neo Dimension, a visually stunning JRPG where you join Leo and his companions to thwart Jas's "Zero" plan, a catastrophic threat to all existence. The game's captivating story and innovative gameplay will keep you enthralled from beginning to end.
The Tachyon Medal is a crucial late-game item, integral to a challenging and extensive side quest. Obtaining it is only the first step; its true function unfolds later. This guide details how to acquire and utilize the Tachyon Medal.
Where To Find the Tachyon Medal in Fantasian Neo Dimension
The Tachyon Medal is first mentioned in Shangri-La and is the final item acquired before the final confrontation. To obtain it, progress through the main storyline until you reach Sanctum, located in the God Realm via the Communication Network. Inside the Mirror of Order, you'll face God's Predator, a formidable but conquerable boss. Be prepared for its frequent summoning of allies and its "Consume" attack, which inflicts significant damage (90% health reduction). Kina's healing abilities are essential, and Petrification Null equipment is highly recommended.
Leo's Fire Samidare +2 is effective against summoned enemies. Consider including Cherryl, whose "Concentrate" and "Charge" abilities deliver substantial damage.
After defeating God's Predator, proceed to the Laboratory via the Balcony. Amongst the rubble, locate a chest on your right—it contains the Tachyon Medal.
Utilizing the Tachyon Medal in Fantasian Neo Dimension
Activating the Tachyon Medal requires two prerequisites: reaching the Altar in Shangri-La and completing the Cinderella Tri-Stars side quest. The Cinderella Tri-Stars appear in eight locations, the first two encountered during the main storyline:
- En New District
- Midi Toy Box - Secret Room
- Royal Capital - Main Street
- Frozen Tundra - Center
- Hidden Valley – Duet Path
- Ancient Hill – River
- Nameless Island – Depths
- Shangri-La – Fallen City
Defeat these bosses in the specified order. After the final defeat in Shangri-La, three chests will become accessible beneath the Altar. One contains the Holy Belt, granting All Ailment Null.
Opening all three chests reveals a glowing door, prompting you to use the Tachyon Medal to rewind time. Possessing the Medal initiates NG+ from this point, carrying over your levels, items, and equipment. While enemies are enhanced, this shouldn't pose a significant challenge, especially if all side quests were completed beforehand. Using the Tachyon Medal also unlocks the Time Reverse Trophy/Achievement, allowing you to restart your journey to save the Human Realm.
