Punko.io, developed by Agonalea Games, is a vibrant, accessible, and surprisingly deep strategy game with satirical humor and innovative mechanics. Its indie spirit shines through.
The game depicts a world overrun by zombies, vastly outnumbering the living. Players utilize various weapons (bazookas, magical staves) and strategic thinking to repel the hordes. Punko.io playfully subverts tower defense conventions. The zombies are zombified players adhering to tired gameplay tropes, while the player defends creativity itself.
To celebrate its global launch, Agonalea Games has added numerous features to the Android and iOS versions: daily rewards, discounted packs, new Brazil-themed levels, an innovative "Overlap Heal" mechanic, and a challenging Dragon boss.
