Project NET: A Girls’ Frontline Successor?

First announced on December 27, 2024, by Sunborn Network (the creators of Girls’ Frontline), Project NET underwent its initial localized test in SEA countries (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines) from January 9, 2025 to January 16, 2025.
Building on the success of the original Girls’ Frontline (a popular strategy RPG gacha game launched in 2016), and its recent sequel, Girls’ Frontline 2: Exilium (released December 5, 2024), Project NET promises familiar characters and aesthetics within a new, action-packed third-person shooter format. Fans of the franchise are in for a treat!
While no official release date has been announced, Project NET is currently planned for iOS and Android, based on the devices used in the initial test.
