Pokémon GO's Beloved Buddies event: Double XP, Shiny Pokémon, and Dhelmise Debuts!

Get ready for a heartwarming event in Pokémon GO! The Beloved Buddies event strengthens your bond with your Pokémon and introduces a brand-new Pokémon to the game.

Event Dates: February 11th - February 15th

This event focuses on strengthening the connection between trainers and their Pokémon. A key highlight is the debut of Dhelmise, the Sea Creeper Pokémon, available in raids.

Event Bonuses:

• Double XP: Catching Pokémon awards double the usual XP.
• Extended Lures: Lure Modules last for a full hour, attracting a variety of Pokémon including Diglett, Slowpoke, Shellder, Dunsparce, Cutiefly, and Fomantis. Catching these Pokémon grants an additional 500 Stardust.
• Increased Shiny Rates: Shiny Diglett and Shiny Dunsparce will have boosted appearance rates.
• Boosted Wild Pokémon: Expect increased encounters with Nidoran, Diglett, Slowpoke, Shellder, Dunsparce, Remoraid, Mantine, Plusle, Minun, Volbeat, Illumise, Cutiefly, and Fomantis.

Raid Battles:

• One-Star Raids: Shellder, Dwebble, and Skrelp (increased shiny rate for Skrelp).
• Three-Star Raids: Slowbro, Hippowdon, and the debuting Dhelmise.
• Five-Star Raids: Enamorus (Incarnate Forme).
• Mega Raids: Mega Tyranitar.
