Parallel Experiment: A Co-op Crime Thriller Puzzler Coming to Steam and Mobile
Eleven Puzzles' highly anticipated co-op crime thriller puzzler, Parallel Experiment, is set to launch on Steam this March. A mobile demo is also planned for iOS and Android later in 2025, with a full mobile release to follow.
The game casts players as detectives Ally and Old Dog, tasked with solving the mystery of a ruthless killer. Similar to titles like Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes, Parallel Experiment features split-screen gameplay where players, often in separate locations, must communicate clues and collaborate to solve over 80 unique puzzles.

Features:
- An in-game notebook for tracking clues.
- Cooperative dialogue mechanics.
- A stylish noir comic book art style.
- Interactive elements allowing players to playfully annoy each other (e.g., knocking on windows).
- Cross-platform play (crossplay) between mobile and desktop versions.
The innovative crossplay feature is particularly noteworthy, offering unique communication and distraction possibilities beyond simple text-based communication. While the co-op puzzle genre isn't new, Parallel Experiment benefits from extensive testing to optimize the mobile experience.
