Kingdom Come: Deliverance II launched in significantly better shape than its predecessor, but like many ambitious RPGs, it still faces some technical hurdles. Warhorse Studios remains committed to post-launch improvements, and their next patch promises to be a substantial undertaking.
In a recent interview with Tech4gamers, global PR manager Tobias Stolz-Zwilling revealed the upcoming patch tackles over 1,000 bugs:
"This patch has been in development for over five months and includes well over a thousand fixes."
Naturally, players are curious if this extensive patch will include more than just bug fixes, perhaps incorporating new gameplay mechanics or quality-of-life enhancements. The lengthy development time suggests the possibility of significant improvements, though details will only be revealed with the official patch notes.

Furthermore, Warhorse has confirmed official mod support is coming within the next two weeks. Initially, however, modding capabilities will be limited; creating custom missions, for example, won't be immediately possible. The studio plans to expand modding tools in future updates. A precise release date for the patch remains unannounced.
