Once you've handled Toth and retrieved your gear, head back to the dungeon to regroup with your allies. They'll guide you through the tunnels, making this part of the quest straightforward and manageable.
The real challenge in "Storm" comes when you need to navigate the hills. Keeping your conspicuousness low is vital to avoid detection by patrolling guards. Your compromised stats from the torture make stealth kills and knockouts more difficult, so patience and careful planning are key.
Take the path to the right and follow it uphill to a larger, more guarded route. Your goal is to reach Mika, who has been captured. Sneak up on the guard, eliminate him silently, and free Mika to receive further directions.
The final stretch of "Storm" involves a long journey of stealth. Follow the locations marked on your map according to Mika's instructions. Head east and southeast to reach the main road in Apollonia, then proceed south, staying hidden in the bushes. You'll need to cover roughly half of the marked area on the map to trigger the ending cutscene. Use stones to distract guards and slip past them unnoticed. Once the cutscene plays, your part in "Storm" concludes, and you'll move on to the Kuttenberg Region.
"Storm" stands out as a quest where stealth is not just an option but a requirement. Having previously leveled up your stealth skills and acquired related perks will significantly aid in completing this challenging mission.
