Activating cheats in GTA 4 is simple: Access Niko's phone (Up on the D-pad or equivalent keyboard key), open the keypad (Up again), dial the code, press Call, and enjoy! Once entered, cheats are saved under "Cheats" in your phone for easy reactivation.
