Gamescom Opening Night Live (ONL) Unveils New Games
Tune in to the Gamescom ONL Livestream: August 20, 11 a.m. PT / 2 p.m. ET
Geoff Keighley's recent X (formerly Twitter) post confirmed the ONL will showcase fresh game announcements, alongside updates for previously announced and eagerly awaited games.
While Gamescom has already hinted at appearances from titles such as Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Monster Hunter Wilds, Civilization 7, MARVEL Rivals, Dune Awakening, and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, the event is poised to unveil completely unannounced games. The Gamescom 2024 ONL livestream begins August 20 at 11 a.m. PT / 2 p.m. ET across official streaming platforms.
Keighley also highlighted the ONL's inclusion of the first gameplay unveiling of Don’t Nod’s interactive adventure, Lost Records: Bloom & Rage, and a new trailer for Warhorse Studios' Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. Furthermore, THQ Nordic will reveal a new game from Tarsier Studios, creators of the Little Nightmares series.
Call of Duty fans can anticipate a significant reveal: a live, first-time playthrough of the Black Ops 6 campaign. While Nintendo will be absent from Gamescom this year, The Pokémon Company's participation is a key highlight of the event's lineup.
