ETE Chronicle:Re JP Server Pre-Registration Opens With A Very Different Game

ETE Chronicle:Re JP Server Pre-Registration is Open!

Get ready for airborne, aquatic, and land-based battles alongside a team of powerful female characters! ETE Chronicle:Re, a significantly revamped action title, is finally launching on its JP server.

The original Japanese release of ETE Chronicle was met with mixed reactions due to its unexpected turn-based gameplay, a stark contrast to the anticipated mecha action. However, the developers responded to player feedback by completely overhauling the game for its Chinese release, transforming it into a fast-paced action experience. This updated version, ETE Chronicle:Re, replaces the original and carries over purchases from the previous iteration.

A World in Chaos: The Story

ETE Chronicle:Re plunges you into a dystopian future where humanity struggles for survival. The Yggdrasil Corporation, wielding the power of extraterrestrial technology and the Galar tactical exoskeletons, has devastated the Earth from its Tenkyu orbital base.

Humanity’s last hope lies with the Humanity Alliance and their elite E.T.E. combat machines piloted by skilled female operatives. As an enforcer, your strategic choices will directly influence both the battles and the fates of these characters.

Fast-Paced Action: The Gameplay

Command a team of four characters in exhilarating, half-real-time combat. The dynamic battlefield demands quick thinking and even faster reflexes as you adapt your strategy amidst enemy fire.

Addressing Past Concerns

Some players remain hesitant, citing repetitive gameplay in the original version due to limitations in movement and enemy engagement. The simultaneous control of the entire party, lacking individual character control, resulted in frustratingly predictable battles. Whether ETE Chronicle:Re successfully addresses these issues remains to be seen.
