How to Beat All Monsters in E.R.P.O.
E.R.P.O. is constantly evolving with new monsters being added, so it's wise to bookmark this page for the latest updates. Below, you'll find detailed guides on how to tackle each monster. While specific strategies are crucial, you can also engage them with various weapons:
- Melee Combat: From the Machete to the Hammer, available in the shop for 10k to 20k cash, these weapons spawn in your next level. Pick them up with M1 and swing at monsters to inflict damage. Be wary of ranged attackers like the Huntsman. Adopt a hit-and-run tactic to minimize damage, and always carry healing packs for melee encounters.
- Grenades and Mines: Also purchasable in the shop, grenades and mines are potent tools. Pick up a grenade with M1, uncork it with E, and either throw it or leave it to explode, causing massive damage to weaker monsters and significantly harming tougher ones. Mines are placed and triggered when stepped on by monsters.
- Monster Brawl: Cleverly use the environment to your advantage. Lure a Huntsman into shooting another monster by positioning yourself behind it and making noise through walking or voice chat. Similarly, pull Reapers into each other's attack animations to cause mutual damage.
Robe Guide (Ghost)

The Robe, a large shadowy figure, is dangerous on contact. Evade it by crouching and hiding or by kiting it around. To defeat it, lure it into two grenades or mines. Avoid melee combat due to its high damage output. Note that Robe teleports and accelerates towards you when you look at its mask.
Reaper Guide

The Reaper, a raggedy doll with sword arms, is less damaging than Robe and can be engaged in melee combat. It's also susceptible to grenades and mines, which can stun it, making it easier to finish off with a few hits.
Apex Predator Guide (Duck)

These seemingly harmless ducks are non-hostile until provoked. Avoid grabbing or damaging them, as they become aggressive, flying and biting with low but persistent damage. Outrun them or use melee weapons for a quick kill. Grenades are an overkill due to their low health.
Huntsman

The blind Huntsman uses sound to locate you, wielding a one-shot gun. Stay silent and crouch to hide, avoiding melee combat due to its auto-aim capability. Strategically place mines or throw grenades while crouched to stun it temporarily, giving you a window to attack with melee weapons.
