Tom Warren, a journalist from The Verge, had earlier hinted at an April release window, and this has now been corroborated by sources from PlayStation Inside, confirming the specific date of April 17 for the PS5 port. Billbil-kun has also provided insights into the various PS5 editions of the game.
The game will be available in at least two physical editions, with pre-orders opening on March 25. The standard edition will be priced at $70, while the premium edition will cost $100. Those who opt for the premium edition will enjoy early access, allowing them to start playing on April 15.
Last year, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle was a major direct release on Game Pass and was met with enthusiastic reception. Given the recent shifts in Xbox's strategy, it's not surprising to see a swift rollout of the PS5 version.
