Battlecruisers is celebrating its fourth anniversary with a bang, and Mecha Weka is rolling out their most extensive update yet, the ‘Trans Edition’. This major update brings a slew of new content to both single-player and multiplayer modes, enhancing the overall gaming experience.
What’s in Store in Battlecruisers 6.4 Trans Edition?
The 'Trans Edition' introduces three new Cruisers: Goatherd, Pistol, and Megalith, which promise to add fresh dynamics to your fleet. Alongside these, two new Buildings, Cannon and Sledgehammer, as well as two new Units, SpyPlane and MissileFighter, are now available, expanding your strategic options.
Existing Cruisers aren’t left out of the fun; they receive new customization options with three unique Bodykits: Longbow Fringe, Rickshaw Scathis, and Yeti Corpse Piler, allowing you to tailor your ships to your preferred style and strategy.
Skirmishes now offer the choice between Man o’ War, Huntress Prime, and Fortress Prime, adding variety to your battles. PvP matches have been enhanced with a new countdown start and player-specific aircraft trails for a more personalized experience.
The update also brings a wave of balancing changes. Ships like the Raptor have seen a significant buff, with its shield build and recharge rate now at 5x from 3x, while the Hammerhead’s health has increased from 4000 to 4200. The ShipTurret’s damage has been boosted from 40 to 60, though its range has been reduced from 19 to 16, reflecting careful adjustments to maintain game balance.
Visually, the update is a treat. Battlecruisers now feature underwater transparency, allowing you to admire the wreckage of your defeated foes. The sea environment has been shaded for a more immersive experience, and Cruiser and Ship destruction scenes have been enhanced for added drama.

Played the Game Yet?
Since its debut in 2021, Battlecruisers has consistently delivered major updates annually. The Trans Edition continues this trend by introducing more SideQuests and hinting at a mysterious Battlefortress hidden somewhere in the South Pacific, adding layers of mystery and excitement to the game.
Set in the year 2732 on a Flooded Earth, the game’s universe is populated solely by robots engaged in construction and warfare. Players take command of their Battlecruiser, equipping it with turrets, nuke launchers, and ultraweapons to tackle a diverse set of enemies.
If you haven't experienced Battlecruisers yet, now is the perfect time to dive in. You can find the game on the Google Play Store. And while you're at it, don't miss our coverage on This Year’s Days of Bloom, which is bringing The Little Prince back to Sky: Children of the Light.
