Following the announcement of the online version's closure, Nintendo has revealed the release date for the anticipated offline successor: Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete. Launching on December 3rd for Android, this one-time purchase offers a reimagined experience of the beloved mobile game.
What's Included?
The free-to-play Pocket Camp will cease operation on November 29th. Pocket Camp Complete, however, bundles years' worth of content, encompassing seasonal items, events, and everything accumulated since the 2017 launch. Players can still design their dream campsite, choosing from over 10,000 items.
New Features:
This offline version introduces exciting new features. Create personalized Camper Cards, showcasing your unique style with customizable poses and colors, and even exchange them with other players! A new social hub, Whistle Pass, provides a gathering place for Camper Card friends, complete with musical entertainment. Existing Pocket Camp save data can be transferred to the new version until June 2nd, 2025.
Pricing and Availability:
Priced at $9.99 until January 31st, 2025, the price increases to $19.99 thereafter.
While offline, Pocket Camp Complete will require occasional internet access for time synchronization and account verification.
