Simply log in with your existing dm customer account to enjoy a personalized shopping experience.

Get an overview of the range

Our intuitive search function, comprehensive product categories, and handy scan feature provide you with a quick and easy way to navigate our product range. Browse through our offerings, search for specific brands, or scan products to view previously purchased items, add them to your wish list, or start shopping right away.

Find your dm market

Utilize our direct store finder to locate dm stores in your area, granting you easy access to service information. Save your preferred dm store within the app to check inventory both online and in-store on product pages. If your market is saved, you can also check your shopping cart for express pickup and take advantage of this new delivery method.

In the "Coupons" section, you'll find a comprehensive overview of dm's current special offers. Tap on any coupon to view further details.

One app for all dm services

Now, you can access all dm, Glückskind, and PAYBACK coupons in a single coupon center, simplifying the process from activation to redemption, whether in-store or when ordering online.

Use the "Activate" button to add individual coupons to your account. Redeem them at your local dm market or when ordering online. Check the redemption conditions and further information on each coupon.

Find your customer card in the "My Account" section. Scan your QR code on the customer display at the checkout to redeem all activated coupons.

Activated coupons that match your order are automatically included in your shopping cart. If a coupon doesn't match your current purchase, it remains active for future use.

Completely individual with "My Account"

In the "My Account" area, access services like Glückskind and PAYBACK. With a linked PAYBACK account, view your purchase history and receive product recommendations, while earning PAYBACK points with every purchase in the app. Alongside "Help & FAQs," your customer card is also available here.
