Application Description Your parents have gone out for the night, leaving you home alone. Feeling the weight of boredom, you decided to try summoning a jester for some entertainment. However, something went awry, and now you've actually conjured a mischievous jester who's eager to play a game of hide and seek with you. Your challenge is to evade capture while figuring out how to send the jester back to where he came from. Here’s how you can summon the jester and, more importantly, how to reverse the summoning:
Prepare the Space: Clear a space in your room and draw a circle with chalk. Inside the circle, write the word "JESTER" in bold letters.
Chant the Summoning Phrase: Stand inside the circle and chant, "Jester of mirth, come forth and play, bring your laughter and stay." Repeat this three times.
Offer a Token: Place a small toy or trinket in the center of the circle as an offering. This acts as a lure for the jester.
Light a Candle: Light a candle and place it next to the offering. The flame symbolizes the jester's playful spirit.
Wait for the Jester: If everything is done correctly, the jester should appear within moments, ready to engage in games.
Find a Safe Spot: Hide in a place where the jester cannot easily find you. This gives you time to prepare the reversal.
Gather the Items: You'll need the original chalk, the candle you used, and the token you offered.
Draw the Reverse Circle: In your hiding spot, draw another circle with the chalk. Inside this circle, write "RETURN" in bold letters.
Chant the Reversal Phrase: Stand inside the new circle and chant, "Jester of mirth, your time is done, return to your realm, be gone." Repeat this three times.
Extinguish the Candle: Blow out the candle and place it and the token inside the new circle.
Wait for the Jester to Leave: The jester should vanish, returning to his own realm, leaving you safe and sound.
