Experience varied gameplay where numerous variables allow for constant counterplay. With a vast roster of heroes to choose from, each card's mechanics echo their unique abilities from League of Legends. Level up your heroes to amplify their strength and earn Hero Mastery points through repeated play and upgrades.
Dive into the rich lore of Runeterra, utilizing cards from nine distinct regions: Demacia, Noxus, Freljord, Piltover & Zaun, Ionia, Targon, Shurima, Shadow Isles, and Bandle City. Experiment with different hero combinations from various regions to gain a strategic edge. Stay ahead of the curve with regular updates and an ever-evolving meta.
In PvE mode, your journey is shaped by your choices. Engage with unique opponents, gather and equip boosters, unlock heroes, and tackle new challenges across the map. As you progress, both you and your enemies grow stronger, unveiling different endings along the way.
Acquire cards through gameplay or purchase specific cards directly using gem shards and mystery cards. You have full control over your deck without the need to spend on random packs. Whether you buy your desired heroes or build your collection for free, you'll earn experience points with every match, enhancing your progress. Explore different regions, unlock your favorite cards, and switch areas at will. As you advance, collect new allies, spell cards, and heroes.
Each week, open a chest from the Treasure, which increases in rarity the more you play, from normal to hero level. These chests also contain mysterious cards that can transform into any card you need.
The Lab offers a limited-time game mode where classic gameplay mechanics are altered. Choose from pre-made decks with specific restrictions or bring your own. The rules are always changing, and sometimes teamwork is key. Keep an eye on Heimerdinger's latest experiments.
At the end of each season, 1,024 players from the four HTR regions (Americas, Europe, Asia, and Southeast Asia) compete in the Seasonal Tournament for honor, glory, and cash prizes. Beyond ranked play, the Final Battle mode and the limited-time Duel mode offer unique rules and exclusive rewards, providing additional paths to the tournament.
