Digital Well-being Live Wallpaper: Generative Art
Introducing our innovative live wallpaper that not only enhances your device's aesthetic but also promotes digital well-being by encouraging less screen time and more face-to-face interactions. This unique wallpaper transforms your touch into dynamic generative art, creating an engaging yet mindful experience.
How It Works
As you touch the screen, a circle appears at the point of contact. Simultaneously, a square begins its journey from the last touch point, leaving a colorful trail as it moves toward the newly created circle. This visual interaction not only creates beautiful art but also serves as a heat map, showing where you most frequently interact with your screen.
Screen Refresh and Square Count
After every 3600 squares are drawn, the screen refreshes to keep the artwork fresh and dynamic. The total number of squares drawn is displayed in a format that playfully compares your screen activity to time:
1d:13h:3600 squares
This format encourages you to reflect on your screen usage in relation to time, promoting a mindful approach to digital interactions.
Color Play
We've integrated a palette of soothing colors that evolve with each touch, creating a calming visual experience. The colors are chosen to promote relaxation and reduce the urge to spend excessive time on the device. The idea is to make your screen time more meaningful and less compulsive.
